Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Hello, everyone, everywhere.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Pastor Bob Thibodeau here.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Welcome to the Faith Based business podcast for today.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

We're so blessed that you're joining as we continue our our Kingdom Entrepreneur blueprint to help you, you know, grow your business, grow your ministry, whatever it is you're trying to do.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And we've been going through this series.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

If you missed anything, go back and catch up.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

We're trying to do this on a daily basis.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

With the holidays that we just went through, it kind of threw us off a little bit.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But we're still proceeding forward.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

We're still driving forward.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And, you know, we've been sharing all week about the importance of sharing our faith in our business no matter what we do.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So let's jump back into the presentation here and we'll go right on with it.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Praise the Lord.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So one of the most important things we can do is to create a kingdom centered journey for our clients.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Well, how do we do that, Brother Bob?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Oh, I'm so glad you asked.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Praise the Lord.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You know, we need to map out the path our clients will take with us down this journey.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Okay.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Not just any path to really stand out from the crowd.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You need to take your clients or prospective clients down a transformational path.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

A transformational journey that begins with preparation.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Set the tone by, by sharing your mission, your values, how you aim to serve your clients.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You know, establish this foundation first that helps the clients understand that they're engaging with a faith centered business that's focused on their growth and their success.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Folks.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Clients appreciate your honesty, your openness.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You know, they don't want the, you know, this fly by night stuff they see all the time.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

If you're honest, you're open, you're empathetic with what they're trying to do, it's going to go a long way.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Clearly communicate expectations.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Clearly communicate the timelines they're looking at.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Clearly communicate the processes that they'll be going through to build trust from the very start.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

There shouldn't be no any, it should not be any surprises to this.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Transparency not only will reduce uncertainty, but it'll also reinforce your integrity as a faith centered, faith driven entrepreneur.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And be sure to engage with your clients consistently.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Don't tell them, you know, we're going to be doing this, this and the other thing.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And then they sign up and they don't hear from you for a week, 10 days, two weeks.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

The most you should go is probably every other day.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

I mean, without contacting, you know, I know some entrepreneurs they want to do an email every day.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And that's some of your businesses.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

They may be okay with it.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Two, three days a week.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

I'm fine with, you know, four days a week.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Okay.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You know, five days a week if it's really necessary.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

That's, that's just Pastor Bob's personal opinion.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You don't want to overload people's inboxes.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Okay.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But consistent engagement, you have to be consistent, you know, throughout the journey.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

That's the key to building strong relationships.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Regularly check in with your clients to understand their progress, provide support.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Just email them, hey, I haven't heard from you in three or four days.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

How's it going?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Last time we talked, you were on this step.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

What's been going on?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And help them if they have run into an obstacle.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You know, consistent communication that'll ensure that they feel cared for and valued at every single step on the journey.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Imagine if you just invested thousands of dollars with someone and they just up and disappear and come back in six months to, hey, just checking in to see how you're doing.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

That wouldn't sound too good, would it?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

That's not the type of relationship you want.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

It's also not the type of relationship your clients want.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So I'm not saying you need to be in their box, in their inbox every single day, but at least once a week at a minimum.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Okay.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

I'd recommend twice a week, three times.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Okay.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You know, four or five days a week, depending on what your niche is and how your relationship is with your clients.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But minimum, once a week.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Let's put it like that.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Now, you need to encourage your clients to reflect on their progress, reflect on their journey.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And you do that by asking them thought provoking questions, you know, sharing insights that you've learned along the way.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Reflection.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Reflection will help them to recognize the progress they've already made.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

It'll help them to understand the impact of your work and then they are able to connect it all to their personal growth in the area that you're helping them with.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Praise God.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

This is also an opportunity to inspire deeper change.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Change in their business, change in their personal life, change in their spiritual life as well.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And celebrate with them their milestones.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You know, someone does.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Let's say that it's creating a podcast.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And they finally launched their podcast.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Blast that all over your social media.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Congratulate so and so on.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Publishing their their first three episodes on such and such podcast.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Give a link to their pocket.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Give a social media boost to their, their Business, their journey, whatever it is they're trying to do, they're gonna think you are absolutely awesome.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Acknowledge their growth, how far they've come, you know, whether it's through a congratulatory mail, personalized thank you messages, you know, celebrating their journey just reinforces the value of your relationship and it just leaves a lasting impression upon them.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

If you can do it publicly, all the more better.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Hey, man, let's say, you know, you're on a training call and they happen to be there.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Oh, man, you calling them out saying, man, you know, I'm so glad to see you and I'm so proud of the progress you made.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And then you give a brief, you know, two minute testimony of all that they've accomplished.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Folks, that when you do that, that reinforces their transformation and it'll also increase the feeling of accomplishment.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And it also helps others on the call and in your training program see that you are, you are actually helping real people make progress.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And that's, you know, right before their very eyes.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You're doing this and the person's thanking you and can't tell you how much they appreciate you.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

That's real time credibility.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And that you can't buy that kind of credibility.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You can only provide it by being there for your clients along their journey.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So next time we're going to talk about validating your ideas through faith, through feedback, to ensure that kind of alignment, that kind of success.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Hey, man, again, be sure to drop down into the show notes down below.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Whatever platform you're watching or listening to this on, leave a comment down there.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

You know, short testimonial, you know, be an inspiration to others, just like we talked about today.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And because they're going to be viewing this later, it could be months from now, somebody just happens to come along and, and use it.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

They can read your comments, too.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Praise God.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Let me jump back out of here and stop to share.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Folks, I just appreciate you being here and going through this journey with us.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

We're going to design this, we're going to get this out there.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

We're going to help you launch this business.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Launch your kingdompreneur.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Kingdompreneur business program.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Grow your podcast, grow your business, grow your ministry, increase attendance at your church.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

That's what it's all about.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

We're here to help you.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Praise God for that.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Till next time.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

This Pastor Bob reminding you to be blessed in all that you do.
