Pastor Bob:

Hello, everyone, everywhere.

Pastor Bob:

Pastor Bob Thibodeau here.

Pastor Bob:

Welcome to the faith based business podcast for today.

Pastor Bob:

We're so blessed that you're joining us.

Pastor Bob:

We've been talking all week here about the, you know, the kingdom kingdompreneur business blueprint.

Pastor Bob:

Praise the Lord.

Pastor Bob:

And this is the study we're going through right now.

Pastor Bob:

If you missed any of the prior episodes, go back and catch up.

Pastor Bob:

Today is the end of.

Pastor Bob:

I believe it's the third week, but the maybe.

Pastor Bob:

No, I think it's the end of the second week.

Pastor Bob:

It's been a long couple weeks.

Pastor Bob:

Anyway, today we're going to talk about validating your ideas through faith and feedback.

Pastor Bob:

Praise the Lord.

Pastor Bob:

And let's go to the and share this screen.

Pastor Bob:

We'll jump right into this here.

Pastor Bob:

Hallelujah.

Pastor Bob:

All right, so we're gonna start with prayer.

Pastor Bob:

I mean, that's what we should be doing anyway.

Pastor Bob:

Let me back that idea up there.

Pastor Bob:

Got ahead of myself because we've been sharing information on how the importance of sharing our faith in business, no matter what it is we do.

Pastor Bob:

Okay, you could be a car mechanic.

Pastor Bob:

You can share your faith.

Pastor Bob:

That's where I take my car.

Pastor Bob:

We have a Christian car mechanic here in the town I live in.

Pastor Bob:

I mean, there's gospel music playing all day long and his business is off the charts.

Pastor Bob:

I'm telling you, he stays booked.

Pastor Bob:

Why?

Pastor Bob:

Because everyone's drawn to the word of God.

Pastor Bob:

They want it and all that.

Pastor Bob:

They do.

Pastor Bob:

And you know, Billy takes care of me.

Pastor Bob:

I share all about him with everybody I know in town.

Pastor Bob:

And his business stays booked.

Pastor Bob:

If I call up, say I need to get, bring my car in, take you to get it, Usually it's a week or so before you can get to it.

Pastor Bob:

That was an emergency.

Pastor Bob:

Go drop it off.

Pastor Bob:

When he gets to it, he gets to it.

Pastor Bob:

Okay.

Pastor Bob:

But folks, he stays busy.

Pastor Bob:

He's got like four or five mechanics.

Pastor Bob:

They all stay busy.

Pastor Bob:

Praise God.

Pastor Bob:

But they do Bible study in the evening.

Pastor Bob:

One night a week, they do Bible study right there in the shop.

Pastor Bob:

Hallelujah.

Pastor Bob:

Anyway, what we're talking about here is we've been sharing information on how to share your faith effectively.

Pastor Bob:

And there comes a point, though, when you need to evaluate if what we are doing is making a difference.

Pastor Bob:

Is it really working?

Pastor Bob:

Do not rely just on sales figures or income figures.

Pastor Bob:

That's not the main focus here.

Pastor Bob:

It's a point of value.

Pastor Bob:

Yes.

Pastor Bob:

But, you know, we also, we've been sharing throughout this training.

Pastor Bob:

It's just as important, if not more important, for you to share your faith.

Pastor Bob:

In what you do, you got to do that as well.

Pastor Bob:

Amen.

Pastor Bob:

So we need to ensure that we are aligning with our mission, with our mission, the business mission and our faith mission through the business.

Pastor Bob:

There are always areas where we can improve.

Pastor Bob:

Always.

Pastor Bob:

Nobody listening to me right now.

Pastor Bob:

Regardless of how long you, I or anyone else has been doing what we do, where there is never going to be room for improvement.

Pastor Bob:

And in fact we need to strive for improvement each and every day.

Pastor Bob:

Glory to God.

Pastor Bob:

And we can always do better somewhere.

Pastor Bob:

Can I get an Amen?

Pastor Bob:

Praise God.

Pastor Bob:

But we Again, as I started off, we need to start with prayer.

Pastor Bob:

Validation begins by seeking God's wisdom.

Pastor Bob:

Prayer for guidance, Prayer for clarity to ensure your ideas are aligning with his purpose.

Pastor Bob:

He put you in business for a reason.

Pastor Bob:

When you bring your plans before God, you acknowledge that he is the ultimate source of your wisdom and your success in your business.

Pastor Bob:

Amen.

Pastor Bob:

Next, Ask your clients for feedback.

Pastor Bob:

You know your feedback from your clients is invaluable for refining whatever it is you do.

Pastor Bob:

Your offerings that you give.

Pastor Bob:

Ask open ended questions.

Pastor Bob:

Don't say did you enjoy this?

Pastor Bob:

Give me a yes down below or something.

Pastor Bob:

No.

Pastor Bob:

Ask open ended questions to uncover their needs, their opinions on things, their honest insights will help you to get better, help you understand what's working, what isn't working and how to make meaningful improvements as well.

Pastor Bob:

Next is reflection.

Pastor Bob:

Reflection combines prayer and feedback to guide improvements in your business.

Pastor Bob:

Evaluate how your offerings align with your clients needs and God's purpose for the business.

Pastor Bob:

Make adjustments.

Pastor Bob:

Make those adjustments that enhance value and ensure your work consistently reflects Kingdom Print Kingdom principles.

Pastor Bob:

Amen.

Pastor Bob:

Then part of the validation also includes testing your ideas with small manageable steps.

Pastor Bob:

Pilot a service, share a prototype.

Pastor Bob:

Test marketing materials to gauge your interest.

Pastor Bob:

I'm sorry, Gauge their interest in what it is you are doing.

Pastor Bob:

Use the results to refine your approach before fully committing to going all in on something.

Pastor Bob:

Okay.

Pastor Bob:

Ensuring your work is resonating with your clients and still aligns with your mission.

Pastor Bob:

Amen.

Pastor Bob:

Next, review the feedback you receive.

Pastor Bob:

Think about your prayer results.

Pastor Bob:

How are they being answered?

Pastor Bob:

Test the outcomes to determine the alignment with your goals and your purposes.

Pastor Bob:

Ensure that each idea is serving clients needs and furthers your kingdom impact through your business.

Pastor Bob:

Amen.

Pastor Bob:

That type of careful evaluation creates offerings that honor God, that resonates with your clients.

Pastor Bob:

At the same time they can feel God through your business.

Pastor Bob:

Amen.

Pastor Bob:

I hope you've been getting a lot out of a lot of insight and ideas from our training that we've gone through this week in Fact.

Pastor Bob:

As we get ready to close, let's summarize today's training.

Pastor Bob:

Also reflect on on this past several sessions.

Pastor Bob:

You know, just to bring you up to date and remind you what it's been all about.

Pastor Bob:

Now you review the feedback we talked about that the prayer results test outcomes to determine alignment with your goals and God's purpose.

Pastor Bob:

Ensure that each and every idea serves the client's needs and further impacts your kingdom impact through your business.

Pastor Bob:

Amen.

Pastor Bob:

That type of careful creation or careful creativity and analyze, analyze analysis.

Pastor Bob:

I'll get it out one way or another of the feedback you're getting will just help to align what you do with serving God.

Pastor Bob:

Now today we learned how to evaluate ideas through prayer feedback practical steps you can take to improve by seeking God's guidance, listening to client input, testing your concepts, you'll always ensure that you're aligning with his purposes and still meet the needs of those you serve.
