Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Hello, everyone, everywhere.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Pastor Bob Thibodeau here.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Welcome to the Faith Based Business podcast for today.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

We're so blessed you're joining us.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Now, we've been talking about how to get your niche going to identify your niche to zero in on that niche market.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But the next question I usually get is, well, should I enter the coaching niche?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And when you are talking about the coaching niche, there's so many variables you need to look at, and we're going to go over some of those today.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Let me go ahead and share the screen here and we'll jump right into today's portion here.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So I get asked a lot.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Should I enter the coaching niche?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And the answer I always give is, it depends.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

It depends.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And I can't explain it any further than that without going in a little bit of detail.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So first, what exactly is coaching?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And why would you consider coaching?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And how do you know if coaching will work for your niche?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Well, these are all critical questions that you'll want to ask if you want to increase your profits in your business and increase the amount of money you make per customer.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And, you know, coaching can be free, coaching can be expensive.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Most people go somewhere in between.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

The point is, how will you know if coaching will work for you?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Now, before I tell you that you should consider adding a coaching program, I want you to understand that, yes, you can add coaching to your niche.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Yes, you can.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

It doesn't matter what your niche is.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

It could be quilting, it could be cutting grass, it could be, you know, sewing fake flowers together.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Whatever the case may be, there is a way to add coaching to your niche.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Most niches always have room for at least one more person and the additional profits that coaching can bring.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Amen.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So if you're in any, any kind of niche online, or even if you're selling, you know, offline information products, anything that sells information, it could be books or CDs or MP3s or videos or ebooks, etc.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Generally speaking, if the topic sells well in one medium, it will sell well in other mediums.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Okay, let's get that out of the way first.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So if you're selling information, it will sell in all formats.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Glory to God.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

For example, if a video in your niche, let's say, sells really well, there's probably a whole lot of people in your niche who would love to read the information from a book if there's a video that sells really well.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But nobody has ever written a book on this topic.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Man, there's an open door right there.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So if you write a book on the topic, it should sell really well.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Those are the types of things you need to be looking at.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

If there are audios out there, like podcasts or radio shows on a particular topic, videos would probably do very well as well, and so will the books.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Anything that a book does really well in.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And audio format usually does well as also.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

That's why they have audio books nowadays, right?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And videos usually do well also.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And for anyone, any single one of those mediums, if people are buying information on a video, if they're getting it from a podcast, they'll probably be buying the same information in a book.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And coaching will usually do well in those topics.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

If you find.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

If your niche is one that has both audio and video and written form, and it's wide open for you.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

All right.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Why?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Because here's the thing.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Some people like to read their information, so they read a book.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Some people like to listen while they're driving to work or while they're cutting grass so they'll listen to a podcast about it.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Other people like to be totally consumed with the information that they're taking in, so they watch it on YouTube and things like that.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Some people want to do all three, like me.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Hey, man, praise God.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

As I read, I.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

I read between.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Well, put it like this.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Annually I'm on goodreads.com and you.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Annually, I try and shoot for 20 books.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

20 books in addition to my schedule that I got going on.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Why?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Because I love to read.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

That's how I relax a little bit, right?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But I also watch videos several times a day, and I'm definitely listening to the podcast.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So I do all three when I want to learn something.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So you know that if that's you, praise God.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But some people, they just want to read.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Some people, you know, they want to have bedside reading.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

They just want to read as they go to sleep.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Others, they want to listen on their way to work, or they watch YouTube or TV or something when they get home.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But some people will buy in all three mediums.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Some people only buy one.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

But the bottom line is this.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

There is a market for it and you as well.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

All you got to do is enter the market, get into that niche, and you will soon find out how successful it can be, right?

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

So in almost all cases, if people are willing to read the information or if they're willing to listen to the information or they're willing to watch the information, that means there's usually a percentage of those people who need more help than they can get by reading or listening or watching.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

And those individuals are your coaching candidates.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Praise God.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:

Hallelujah.

Pastor Bob Thibodeau:
