For years, Faith-Based Business Podcast was built around one central idea: your faith and your business were never meant to operate separately.

Now, that mission is entering a new chapter.

Welcome to FaithBased Conversations with Pastor Bob Thibodeau — where meaningful conversations about faith, business, calling, leadership, entrepreneurship, ministry, and Kingdom impact come together.

FaithBased Conversations builds on the foundation established through the Faith Based Business podcast while expanding the conversation beyond business alone.

Pastor Bob brings more than 15 years of Christian broadcasting and podcasting experience to the program. Through Evangelism Radio and the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast, he has spent years helping Christian leaders, authors, pastors, entrepreneurs, and believers share their stories and messages. Along the way, he has conducted more than 1,200 interviews.

Now, those conversations are returning — with a new name, an expanded vision, and a new platform.

FaithBased Conversations is now a lot more than an audio podcast.

Selected interviews will also be produced for television and broadcast on JesusSaid.tv, giving guests the opportunity to share their stories through both podcasting AND streaming Christian television.

Each conversation goes beyond simply asking, “What do you do?”

We want to know, "Why do you do it?

How has your faith influenced your decisions? What have your successes and failures taught you? How has God used your experiences to shape your calling? What does putting your faith into action look like on Monday morning? And how can what you’ve learned encourage someone facing similar challenges?

Guests may include Christian entrepreneurs, business leaders, Christian authors, speakers, pastors, ministry leaders, coaches, and others with experiences and insights worth sharing.

Some conversations will focus on business. Others may focus on ministry, leadership, personal transformation, overcoming adversity, answering God’s call, or discovering purpose.

But every conversation comes back to the same foundation: Faith matters.

We believe our Faith should influence how we live, lead, serve, and conduct our business.

For longtime listeners of Faith Based Business Podcast, you’re still in the right place. Only the name has changed, but the foundation remains the same. We’re simply opening the door to a broader conversation and a larger audience.
